Green Country Duplicate Bridge Club



Three Green Country Duplicate Bridge Club games are offered each week at the Kiwanis Senior Citizens Center, 119 Spaulding Blvd. Games begin at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Newcomers are welcome at all games.

Recent game winners:

• July 20 — Mary Smith and Bonnie Jennings tied with Joan Chapman and Carol Ketchum for first/second; Jean Mahan and Jack Harris, third.

• July 22 — Helen Dahl and Norma Kolmer, first; Bill Porter and Glen Sizemore, second; Joe and Helen Richmond, third; Ann Kent and Jean Mahan, fourth; Flight B winners — Richmond and Richmond, first; Cliff and Sue Callahan, second; Mack and Wilma Mahaffey, third.

• July 24 — Bonnie Jennings and Jane Lopes, first; Jean Mahan and Jack Harris, second; Mary Smith and Ralph Parker tied with Ann Kent and Ann Kuykendall for third.

Green Country Club member Ruth Sharpe recently attained the total of 1,000 master points to reach the category of silver life master.
