Three Rivers Museum's History Explorers will meet at 7 p.m. tonight at 220 Elgin St.
Glenn Smith and Roger Bell will present the program on the Jefferson Highway, the first north/south highway in North America. The Jefferson Highway, which passed through Muskogee, ran from Winnipeg, Manitoba, to New Orleans. Muskogee pioneers played important parts in the construction of the highway through Oklahoma.
The meeting is free.
