Wagoner Literacy Center, under the direction of the Wagoner Library Friends, announces tutors are available to help all youth, adults and foreign nationalities to learn math, reading, English language, to prepare for a GED, or to get citizenship papers.
Classes are available at the Carnegie Library Building, 102 South State St. in Wagoner
All services are free.
