Edgmon
Doyle and Jackie Edgmon celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary Saturday, April 11, 2009, with a family dinner hosted by their children.
Doyle Edgmon and Jackie Robison were married April 15, 1949, in Muskogee by the Rev. S. J. Scott.
He is retired from Pepsi Bottling Co. as a supervisor. She is retired from the City of Muskogee as a secretary in the street department. They are members of Christian Chapel Church.
Their children are Linda Raynes of Perry, Lisa Miller of Muskogee and Mike Edgmon of Muskogee. They have three grandchildren.
Harnage
Donald Vann Harnage and Nora Faye Jackson were married April 4, 1959, at New Hope Baptist Church in Muskogee. They have lived in the area for 30 years.
They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a trip to Branson, Mo., and were honored with an anniversary party hosted by their children at their home on Saturday, April 11, 2009.
Their children are Shelly Morar of Santa Rosa, Calif.; Ron Harnage of Muskogee; Susan Wood of Fort Gibson; Julie Watson of Muskogee; and Melanie Duncan of Muskogee. They have seven grandchildren.
Stephens
Family and friends of Haskell and Carolynn Stephens of Muskogee are welcome to the celebration of their 50th wedding anniversary. A reception in their honor will be at 4 p.m. Saturday, April 25, 2009, at Eastern Heights Baptist Church in Muskogee.
They were married April 6, 1959 in Stigler, and have lived and worked in the Muskogee area all of their lives. They have traveled across the United States and spent time in Europe.
They both are involved in their church and supporting the troops through the Blue Star Mothers.
Haskell and Carolynn have one natural son, Jay Stephens of Muskogee, and one grandson. They also have an extended family of three sons and their families, Tommy Moum and Knut Roppestad of Norway, and Thomas Muehlethaler of Switzerland, Annelies Wiersma of Holland and Janna Vanninen of Finland.
