Lifeline will be competing at the Oklahoma Fine Arts Festival in Oklahoma City on Saturday. Last year they advanced to nationals.
Lifeline won the Battle of the Bands on Feb. 20 at New Hope Assembly of God.
Other bands competing were: Automatic I Am, Barron, E7, Head over Heels, Justin and Bobby, and Rescue Midnight. The audience voted Lifeline as the winner.
Lifeline’s songs included “Three Simple Words” and “Meant to Live.”
The band won prizes valued at $1,500 including studio time and a photo shoot.
Lifeline has been together for two years. They play a variety of musical genre.
They performed during Youth Explosion at Church Central on March 16.
