Stilwell Public Library Friends Society and Masonic Lodge 11 will host an Arts and Crafts Fair at 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 7 and 8 at the Stilwell National Guard Armory, West Pine and Fifth streets, in Stilwell to raise money for a children’s wing in the library.
