The Adult Literacy Department at Muskogee Public Library is adding a new GED class to its schedule. The first class will meet at 6 p.m. July 23, and the classes will continue from 6 to 8 p.m. Mondays in the Adult Literacy Classroom.
Enrollment for this class will continue through July 30. It will then be closed until Jan. 1, 2013.
Following are other classes we offer. Enrollment for these is ongoing:
• GED — 9 to 11 a.m. Monday and Wednesdays.
• ESL — 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesdays, 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesdays, and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursdays.
• U.S. citizenship test preparation — 6 to 7 p.m. Thursdays.
We also offer individual tutoring in GED, ESL, U.S. citizen test preparation, A.B.E. (reading, writing, comprehension, spelling), and math (basic to upper level).
