RSVP volunteer opportunities available

— The RSVP program for seniors 55 and older in Muskogee operates the We Care Transportation Program through a grant.

 RSVP volunteer drivers in the We Care Transportation Program take seniors to medical appointments, pharmacies, and grocery stores. To request a ride or to volunteer, contact Faye Waits at (918) 683-1578.

RSVP volunteers are reimbursed for their mileage. They also receive an orientation to the program, a handbook, an RSVP polo shirt, a quarterly newsletter, and an invitation to the RSVP annual banquet.
