Investigators continue to look for the person or persons who vandalized Taft’s city hall.
Muskogee County Sheriff deputies believe the damage to be more than $1,000 in damage.
This is the second case of major vandalism in the area in less than a month. In mid-June, 52 tombstones were vandalized in Elmwood Cemetery in Wagoner.
It is very disconcerting to know that whoever is responsible for these unrelated attacks has nothing better to do.
We hope someone comes forward with information.
It is our hope the individuals are caught, and sufficient punishment persuades others not to follow the same reckless behavior.
If anyone knows who committed this outrageous act, we encourage them to call the local authorities.
