We’re glad to see a helicopter being stationed at Muskogee Regional Medical Center.
Helicopters have been widely used for years for emergency medical transportation, although in the past, most helicopters have operated out of highly urban areas.
But Tahlequah City Hospital has had a helicopter based there for about a year now.
So the time has come for Muskogee.
It’s good, too, that MRMC and Air Evac came to an agreement that will make the helicopter available for transport to other area hospitals.
