Congratulations to Robert and Freda Rolland of Muskogee. They celebrated 60 years together on Dec. 3 at Bakers Restaurant with daughters Vicki Garrison, Robbi Cowan and Terri Miller and family. The couple has six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Bob is a retired educator and business owner. Freda is a retired secretary.
