Weeks celebrate 60 years of marriage

— Walter and Zenna Weeks celebrated 60 years of marriage with a family dinner at Pete’s Place in Krebs.

The couple married July 19, 1952, in Raton, N.M.

They attend Chandler Road Church of Christ and owned and operated Daylight Donuts.

Walter works part time at Toyota of Muskogee and also is retired from Hogle Plumbing. Zenna is retired from the Canteen Service at the VA.

The couple have three children, Diana Kirkpatrick and her husband Chuck of Stigler, Sherman and his wife Linda of Rochester, N.Y., and Walter and his wife Denise of Muskogee; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
