Donnie and Amy Howdeshell announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Lynn, to Ryan Joseph Hiner, son of Tom and Patty Hiner, all of Muskogee.
Howdeshell is the granddaughter of Don and Joyce Howdeshell of Oktaha, and Leo and Laverne Van Den Langenberg of Luxemburg, Wisc.
Hiner is the grandson of Henry Hiner and Nelly Taylor of Muskogee, and the late Jesse Furr and Kathleen Furr of Charleston, Ark.
A 2005 graduate of Oktaha High School, Howdeshell is seeking a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education at Northeastern State University. She is employed at My Place BBQ West.
Hiner, a 2005 graduate of Hilldale High School, is employed with the Muskogee Fire Department.
The couple plan to exchange vows on Saturday, July 25, 2009, at Grace Ministries of Muskogee.
