Bosses celebrate seven decades of marriage

On December 15, Mr. and Mrs. Ira Lee Boss celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary. Ira and Mabel graduated from Wainwright High School, married and moved to Muskogee, where they raised their family and have continued to live since they established their home in 1946.

They are loyal members of Chandler Road Church of Christ and are truly a wonderful example of loving Christians. Ira and Mabel were blessed with two sons, Chuck Boss and wife Susie of Eufaula, and Gary Boss and wife Radine of Anchorage, Alaska; six grandchildren, Brytnee Hammonds and husband Greg, Chelsi Parnosky and husband Kevin, Darbye Cotner and husband Mike, Evynn Boss, Favour Boss, Nick Williams and wife Sara; and two great-grandchildren, Amylea and Bryndl Hammonds.
