Theron and Carolyn Speaks of Tahlequah announce the engagement of their daughter, Fanci De Speaks, to Joshua Dale Robertson, son of Willie Dale Robertson of Tahlequah and Sharon Robertson of Muskogee.
Fanci is the granddaughter of Truman Mattingly of Okmulgee and the late Wynona Mattingly, and J.D. and Minnie Bell Sparks of Milburn.
She received her cosmetology and dental assistant certificates, and is employed at The Heritage Place in Tahlequah.
Joshua is the grandson of the late Mary Ellen Gregory of Stilwell, and Gail Robertson of Muskogee and the late Ramon “Robbie” Robertson.
Joshua graduated with a bachelor’s degree in mass communications at Northeastern State University and is employed at Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group in Tahlequah.
The wedding will be at 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, 2009, at St. Paul United Methodist Church in Muskogee.
