USDA rep to discuss stockyard rules, regs

Elkin Parker of the Eastern Region USDA will be in Siloam Springs, Ark., discussing the recent Grain Inspection Packers Stockyard Act rules and regulations that were recently passed. Parker will field questions from growers at 7 p.m. March 20 at the Siloam Springs Community Center, 101 North Mt. Olive St. There will be a free meal served at 6 p.m.

The program is hosted by Poultry Partners Inc. and is being held in conjunction with the organization's 7th annual meeting. All poultry producers are invited to attend.
