Armstrong Bank recognized for its 50th year of ICBA membership

— The Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) recognized Armstrong Bank in Muskogee for reaching an important milestone. This marks the community bank’s 50th year as a member of ICBA, the only national trade association dedicated exclusively to serving the needs of the nation’s more than 7,000 community banks.
