Brian and Christina Stacy of Muskogee announce the birth of their son, Racen Dell, on Monday, Feb. 16, 2009. He is welcomed home by his older sister, Baylee.

Maternal grandparents are Dee Scocos of Muskogee and Ernie Scocos of Broken Arrow.

Paternal grandparents are Donna Lee of Muskogee and Noel and Stephanie Stacy of Muskogee.

Maternal great-grandparents are Kay and Bill Harrison, Tom and Jo McFarland and the late Jim and Jane Scocos, all of Muskogee.

Paternal great-grandparents are Arcie and Charlene Henderson, JoAnn Clare and George and JoAnne Bean, all of Muskogee.
