Pipe is heat-treated at V&M TCA, a company at the Port of Muskogee that operates a heat treatment, threading and finishing operation for seamless steel pipe. The Oklahoma Development Finance Authority recently awarded a $2 million incentive to the company to assist with its $11.8 million expansion, which includes additional jobs for the Muskogee area.
