The pet of the week at the Muskogee Animal Shelter is Zoey. She is 2 years old, has been spayed and is current on vaccinations. The shelter has other dogs and cats. If you can give any of them a home, visit the shelter at 4002 Border St. or call (918) 684-6285. The shelter is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday; 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday; and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. Other animals that are available for adoption are online at www.muskogeeonline.org/citydepartments/animalshelter/adoption or on Suddenlink Channel 14.
