Hilldale High School salutatorian Melanie Le wears stoles, ribbons and cords of all colors to designate various honors and clubs, including blue for DECA, National Honor Society and graduating in the top 10 percent. Le and valedictorian Julie Nguyen chose to give their speeches together during the commencement ceremony Friday.
