Jimmy "Roho" Rowan cuts ribs for "Totally Smokin' BBQ" at the first Smokin’ the Fort BBQ and Bluegrass Festival in 2009, which was held on Halloween. Rowan wasn't always sinister; he also handed out candy and danced around occasionally. Rowan enters the Tasters Choice contest again this year at the big event being held Friday and Saturday in downtown Fort Gibson.
