A silver Ford F-150 pickup sits facing eastbound on Harris Road, just a few blocks west of Muskogee Community Hospital. Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Robert Francis said the pickup’s driver, David Konscol Jr., said he was driving westbound when the pickup struck debris in the road, sending the vehicle into a spin. Francis said the pickup did a half-spin, struck a concrete wall and stopped in a ditch. Konscol, 30, was taken to Muskogee Regional Medical Center where he was treated and released. Francis said Konscol’s airbag deployed, and said Konscol had injuries “consistent with wearing a seat belt.”
