Kenneth and Doris Seabolt celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday, March 14, 2009, with a luncheon hosted by their daughter Denise Blevins.
Kenneth Seabolt and Doris Jestice were married March 14, 1959, in at the K. Street Pentecostal Church in Muskogee with the Rev. Charles Johnson officiating.
He is self-employed drywall contractor and painter with son Mike of Seabolts Painting Contractors. She is a housewife and retired assistant manager at JCPenney Co.
They enjoy bluegrass and gospel music family cookouts. Originally from Muskogee, they have lived in Fort Gibson for the last 38 years.
Their children are Allen Seabolt of Woodall, Denise Blevins and husband Duane of Fort Gibson, Mike Seabolt and wife Linetta of Fort Gibson, Bill Seabolt and wife Stacy of Warner.
They have 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchilden.
